MULTI-MEDIA FILTRATION SYSTEMS
- Filter vessels with pressure rating of 10bar, Tripod base, Top & Bottom openings, Threaded/Flanged connections
- Manual and automatic control valves
- Various sizes of filter sand media
- Frontal piping and pipe-support
- Multi-media filtration are used to remove suspended solids from water and wastewater.
IRON REMOVAL SYSTEMS
Iron removal system filters the water, but does not require regeneration or replacement. The system first oxidizes the ferrous (dissolved) iron, which allows the removal of all four types of iron to levels below 0.3 ppm. Back flush containing the concentrated iron is chemically treated and run through an automatic particulate filter. Capable of handling iron concentrations from 5 to 100 ppm (on a non-reagent basis), iron removal system also helps reduce other pollutants, including hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, methane, radon, manganese, and organic substances. The presence of iron in groundwater can pose significant design, operational and cost implications to remediation processes.
Iron Removal Filter can also help alleviate problems associated with manganese in your water. Manganese is generally not harmful to health at the concentrations in which it is found in water but if it occurs at concentrations of more than 0.2 ppm it can give water an unpleasant taste and it can cause discoloration especially when sterilizing fluids such as chlorine are added to the water.
CARTRIDGE FILTRATION SYSTEMS
Filtration systems are effective ways of removing sediment and physical contaminants from water supply. Most common application for filtration is to remove sediment from the water to provide a clear sample of water for ultraviolet unit to treat.
We supply variety of water filters and filter housings. The filter cartridge is placed inside a filter housing through which the water passes. We will help you select a suitable type and size of filter to meet your requirements
ULTRA FILTRATION SYSTEMS
Ultra-Filtration is a membrane separation process that removes suspended or particulate matter (including colloids & silt) from water. UF membrane pore size ranges from 0.01 to 0.10 micron. In addition to superior turbidity removal, UF membranes efficiently remove bacteria and most viruses
