3” COARSE BUBBLE DISC DIFFUSER

Mainly used in equalization tanks before the introduction of wastewater treatment. Course Bubble Disc Diffuser are designed with 10 holes for aeration, each producing bubbles of oxygen with an average diameter between 5-10 mm.

Qualities of Course Bubble Disc Diffuser;

  • Polypropylene (PP) body designed with a wavy edge to keep membrane still and fixed even after years of usage.
     
  • EPDM membrane with 10 equally spread bubble holes and thicker center, which additionally covers inlet, and eliminate clogging when there is no airflow.

9” FINE BUBBLE DISC DIFFUSER

Fine bubble disc diffusers are most commonly used model for biological treating of wastewater. Disc diffusers have modern design, which guarantee best performance, best oxygen transfer, low system head-loss, and simple installation with minimal maintenance required.

Qualities of Fine Bubble Disc Diffuser

  • Polypropylene (30% PP GFR) body and membrane from EPDM rubber or Silicon.
  • Membrane has conically designed pores to have best oxygen transfer with bubbles of an average diameter <3 mm, and best sealing when airflow is cut off. Membrane has thicker center without pores, which additionally covers inlet and eliminate clogging.
  • High oxygen transfer efficiency even with low air capacity.
